摘要：介绍了国内外自行车交通发展的历程，在全球城市寻求低碳发展背景下，绿色出行方式正成为交通发展的主旋律。昆明环湖东路自行车专用道的示范项目通过充分挖掘昆明滇池湖滨地区的生态与景观特色，明确昆明环湖东路自行车专用道“宜行、宜游”的规划目标，定位在建设亲水自行车廊道、凸显高原湖滨城市特色，针对性地提出结合环湖路沿线湖滨地区生态景观特征及沿线自行车交通相关需求的，以人的使用与活动为出发点的设计方案。其建成投入使用所产生的初步示范效果良好，为湖滨自行车专用道的规划建设提供了相关经验。

Abstract: With a review of the bicycle traffic in China and other countries, this paper figures out that green transportation has become the mainstream of traffic under the context of low-carbon development. The bicycle lanes at Huanhu East Road in Kunming discover the eco and landscape characteristics of lake areas in Kunming Pond, aim at providing traffic and recreation use and highlight features of lakeside cities at plateau. In addition, this paper puts forward some proposals that meet the traffic and human needs of lakeside areas. The built lakefront bicycle lanes have received good reputation and have set up an example for the planning and design of lakefront bicycle lanes in the future.

1 绪论

自行车作为城市交通出行的主要方式曾经风靡全球，但随着私人小汽车的发展，其所占比重逐年下降。目前，在全球城市寻求低碳发展背景下，绿色出行方式正成为交通发展的主旋律，成为衡量一个城市宜居与否的重要指标。在此背景下，自行车复兴计划得于提上日程。

目前，由住建部组织的步行与自行车交通系统示范项目在重庆、济南、杭州、昆明、昆山与常熟等6个城市先期开展。昆明结合示范项目的相关要求，实施完成了昆明环湖东路自行车专用道的规划与工程建设工作，希望以此在湖滨自行车专用道的规划建设上探索推广相关经验。
